We don't just help our tenants find their perfect place, but we stay in the picture for the entire term of the initial tenancy. Our clients can depend on the support of our entire PadOwl team to assist in problem resolution even after they move into their new place.

 

In addition select tenants may qualify to receive a PadOwl Tenant Guarantee Certificate. This certificate guarantees your landlord that you will make timely rent payments each month and abide by the terms of your lease. In the event that the terms of your lease are violated, we will pay for the landlords cost of eviction*.

In addition to protecting landlords from tenants who don't abide by their lease terms, we also offer our tenants protection from landlords who don't manage their properties in a professional manner. We offer good tenants Priority Placement ** in the event that they wish to leave the apartment which we assisted them in renting.

Terms and Conditions

 

* PadOwl Tenant Guarantee  

- Eviction proceeding must commence during initial lease term.

- Evictions proceeding must be conducted in Good Faith and result due to tenants violation of your lease terms. 

- PadOwl LLC was the placement broker responsible for placing the tenant into your home and was fully compensated by all parties for services rendered. 

- Eviction cost re-imbursement is limited to lesser of $1,000 or the full cost of eviction.

- Tenants will be given access to our early access apartment inventory prior to the start of any marketing efforts.  

- Tenants will be considered for a new PadOwl Tenant Guarantee Certificate

- Standard Brokers Fee's will apply.
